Fans of the legal thriller genre can revisit the intriguing world of criminal defense attorney Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), a criminal defense attorney who ran a legal practice out of the back of his Lincoln Town Car. Viewers are left a time after the events in the movie.
Mickey got hooked on painkillers after being shot by Mary Windsor with the Colt Woodsman (owned by Mickey Haller Sr.). As Mary goes to shoot Haller again, he shoots the pistol obtained from Earl (his previous driver), which kills her.

Season 2 has 10 episodes, but was released in two parts. At first, only 5 out of the 10 episodes were accessible for viewing, but on 3 August, Netflix released the remaining 5 episodes, thus concluding the season.
